Troubleshooting
A procedure has been established to ensure all major non-conformities are investigated to discover the root cause. Necessary corrective action is taken to prevent their recurrence.

A Corrective Action Request (CAR) shall be raised for all major non-conformance products and must be acted within (3) working days from the date of CAR issued. General Manager or Quality Management Representative must approve on the extension of period should it be required.

This procedure shall apply to all raw materials purchased, cartons produced, procedures and quality system used by Box-Pak (Malaysia) Berhad. It will also apply to all personnel employed and performing work on behalf of Box-Pak (Malaysia) Berhad.
